We’re looking for a dynamic HR professional who can seamlessly blend strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution. The role requires someone who has worked across corporate and plant HR setups, understands business partnering, and can collaborate closely with promoters to drive the people agenda in a scaling organization.
Key Responsibilities:
*Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth goals
* Lead a 5-member HR team across corporate and plant functions
* Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition and strengthen the employer brand
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and oversee HR operations
*Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

Ideal Profile:
* 7–10 years of experience across Corporate + Plant HR (preferably FMCG / Manufacturing)
* Strong HRBP, TA, and compliance exposure
* Experience working in promoter-driven environments
*Growth and hustle mindset, with strong execution capability
* Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory)
* Based in Bangalore, with weekly travel to plants
