Hi Kishoregaru,
Here is the amount due from Naveen's 2 flats (F7 & F9) and T1 considering November 2010.
Naveen.D flats# F7 & F9 pending from Apr-10, May-10, Jun-10, Jul-10, Aug-10, Sep-10, Oct-10 and Nov-10. i.e. 8 months. Per month 1100rs. total will be 8800 rs for one flat. Two flats F7 & F9 it is 17600rs.
For T1: Abdul Aziz Yusof (S'pore) flat, after Naveen tenant has vacated we haven't received any maintainence payment.
Details are as below.
1100(Jul-10 Aug-10 Sep-10) flat was vacant and 1100rs per month, for 3 months 3300rs has to be paid.
1600(Oct-10 Nov-10) Flat was occupied and tenant has not paid any maintainence for these two months i.e. 1600Rs per month. 3200rs for two months.
Total together of 3300rs + 3200Rs = 6500rs to be paid.
