Thanks for all the prompt and active participants to make this show running successfully, we have few long pending dues from the owners which increasing regularly. Request you all to kindly pay the dues as soon as possible to continue our show successfully

We are now handicapped and running our apartment in  low budget, so we are desperate and forced to ask your the pending amount.
we need your timely help. As we informed you before also, request you to kindly clear off your pending amount of 5 months 3000rs asap.

details:
Apr-09 May-09 Jun-09 Jul-09 Aug-09 = 600rs per months; total 3000rs for the FY09-10.

Can be deposited to my account 000201551863 if you don't have time to visit Bangalore  and pay in person or can ask your tenant to pay us the same.

But please mark this as important and respond to us.

We have received the Maintainance amount for F7 & F9 flats till Nov 2010 that is 17600rs.
And Flat #T1 6500rs ( 3*1100Rs + 2*1600) till Nov 2010.

Here is the amount due from Naveen's 2 flats (F7 & F9) and T1 considering November 2010.

Naveen.D flats# F7 & F9 pending from Apr-10, May-10, Jun-10, Jul-10, Aug-10, Sep-10, Oct-10 and  Nov-10. i.e. 8 months. Per month 1100rs. total will be 8800 rs for one flat. Two flats F7 & F9 it is 17600rs.

For T1: Abdul Aziz Yusof (S'pore) flat, after Naveen tenant has vacated we haven't received any maintainence payment.
Details are as below.
1100(Jul-10 Aug-10 Sep-10) flat was vacant and 1100rs per month, for 3 months 3300rs has to be paid.
1600(Oct-10 Nov-10) Flat was occupied and tenant has not paid any maintainence for these two months i.e. 1600Rs per month. 3200rs for two months.
Total together of 3300rs + 3200Rs = 6500rs to be paid.

Hi Kishore,
As we discussed regarding the 5 Singaporean Flats S6, S9, T6, T9 & T10.
Maintainance is pending for complete year till date Due in FY09-10 (5*7200rs=36000)& FY10- Dec. ( 5*9900rs=49500) Total 85500rs.

Hi Vivek sir,
I've visited BBMP office at Kalkerre main road 3 weeks ago. They have asked us to get the Tax paid receipt for the year 2008- 2009 if the builders have already paid. If not then we need to pay from 2008-2009 onwards which would be for 3 years till 2010-2011 (around 4000rs per year ) .
They are insisting us to pay for all the 3 years and even not accepting any part payments (I mean from 2009-2010 onwards) until we get the receipt from the builder if they have already paid for 2008-2009.

I Think no one has paid till and most of the owners are suppose to pay from 2009 to 2010 onwards.
As I've registered on 17th April 2009. I'm due from 2009-10 onwards. I asked Kishore to get us the paid tax receipt for 2008-2009 year so we can go ahead and pay from 2009-2010 onwards. He said will search and give us. But yet to receive the same.

Can you also please check and get back on it? that will help us a lot on not paying any penalties.

We have received your 500rs of water charges for the month of Dec 2010 which your tenant Mr. Krishnappa haven't paid.
Thanks for the payment.

Please let us know if you can search and get the Tax pay receipt for the year 2008 - 2009 which builders have paid. If possible can you also remind Mr. Kishore on the same. so we can pay our taxes for 2009 -10 onwards.
