Flat #S1 maintainance to be paid

Hi Mr. D'Mello,
This is regarding your flat S1 maintainance payment.
We are yet to receive the Financial year 2009 Oct 's 700rs and Nov 's
300rs. Total of 1000rs for FY09-10 pending.

As you know from this year 2010 April maintainance is increased to
1600rs inclusive of water (1100rs maintainance and 500rs for water) in
which April 2010 months we have received only 1100rs instead 1600rs
and for the Month of May 2010 yet to pay the entire amount 1600rs from
your tenants.

Total 500rs + 1600rs around 2100rs pending from tenants.

We need your kind intervention to look into this and clear this
pending payment as soon as possible to continue the best of our
services to your flat.

Hello Mr. D'Mello Sir,
This is regarding your flat S-01 maintainance payment.

Sai Sagas Residents Welfare Association has increased the Maintenance from 1600rs to 2000rs since Oct'11 .

This was communicated to every resident in the apartment and also passed the resolution which is sticked in the notice board, inspite of that association is not getting the increased amount from only your tenent.

After discussing to your Tenent we found that its you the owner going to pay the maintenance and you were looking for the resolution passed copy to pay the dues and continue to pay the hiked maintenance.

 

So in this regard, I here by attached the document which was passed as a resolution from association for your info and action.

 

Could you kindly make necessary arrangements to pay the balance maintenance of 400rs per month from Oct 2011 till March 2012 (i.e. 6*400 = 2400rs). and keep continue paying 2000rs per month going forward.
