As you are aware, we have now registered our association under Registrar of Societies as "Sai Sagas Apartment Owners Welfare Association" .

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Rs.62500/- is due from your side towards the maintenance of your flat Nos. G6, G7, G8, G9 & G10. In addition to this, you are required to pay

Rs.950/- towards the electricity bill that associate has paid on your behalf. The total amount due from you is Rs.63450/-.

It has become imperative for us to collect all the pending dues towards the maintenance from all the owners who is defaulting the payment as we are not able to meet the expenses towards annual & monthly maintenance such as maintenance cost of two lifts, generator, STP, Security Sen/ices etc.

You are requested to please submit the above amount latest by of April 2011 by DD in favour of Sai Sagas Apartment Owners Welfare Association or cash.
