MINUTES OF MEETING
Meeting Dated: 12th October 2014
Attendees:
Mr. Rajeev Varma (G2) ; Mr. Venugopal (S02); Mr. Arun Kumar (S06) ; Ms. Mary Gopinath (S07); Mr. Saurabh Jha (S09) Mr. Pradeep Kumar (T02); Mr. Pradeepan PV (T05); Mr. Shreesha Shetty(T08); Mr. David (T09)
During the meeting following points were discussed :
1. Frequency of Owners meeting
2. Appointment of manager to carry out day to day activity/operations
3. Meeting with Builder or his representative
4. Collection of monthly maintenance
5. Raising of Corpus fund
After the meeting it was RESOLVED that:
1. The members of the association should meet every 2nd Sunday of the month (4.00 PM to 5.00 PM).
2. Association will review in appointing Manager for apartment and sharing the services with Sai Ragh Garden Apartment. This will be discussed with Sai Ragh Garden association.
3. Meeting the Builder in sometime next week to discuss on various issues pertaining to Apartment.
4. Owners / Builders should pay any arrears on the maintenance for the unoccupied houses before 30th November 2014 @ Rs.600/- per month since May 2009.
5. Association has decided to collect Maintenance of Rs.2,500/- for all occupied flats and unoccupied house of Rs.1,500/- per month starting 1st Sep 2014.
6. Maintenance should be paid before 10th of every month. In case of any default, levied additional penalty of Rs.500/- PM.
7. Failure on top of this, legal action will be initiated and proceed further in this direction to collect the Maintenance.
