To SAI SAGAS Residents and Owners
Sub: Monthly maintenance charges will be increased by 500/-rs from 1st
April 2010 onwards.
Dear Resident/Owner,
This is to inform you that we are increasing maintenance charges for
the individual flats from 50 Paisa to 1Rupee per square foot from 1st
April 2010 onwards.
As you all know that vendor warranty for all the equipments (Lift,
Generator & STP) which are installed at our premises are completing by
31st March, 2010. We need to give it for an AMC.
Considering couple of quotations received by the vendors, we have come
up with and approximate/average estimation cost per Annum which you
can see below.
*Details for the below cost is provided for your reference in the next
page.
Regular Monthly Maintenance Charges 35,000Rs/- (35,000*12 = 4,
20,000Rs)
Annual Monthly Charges 1, 25,000Rs/-
Including Monthly and Annual charges per month would be around
45,416Rs/-
Per flat will be 1081 Rs/- rounding off to 1100Rs/-.
If we even collect these charges per flat it will be neck to neck to
bare the expenses.
*Note: Water Per month for individual resident = 500Rs/- (excluded
from above).
“Total monthly maintenance inclusive of water for a resident will be
1600Rs/- “
This will be effective from 1st April 2010 which will be collected on
or before 5th May 2010 onwards.
We would request you to kindly meet this Sunday 14th 2010 at 10:30AM
to suggest the best if you have any or for any concerns to be
discussed.

individual owners if required.

Per Flat (45,416 / 42) is 1081.00Rs/- (Rounding off to 1100/-rs)
