We have now registered our association under Registrar of Societies as "Sai Sagas Owners Welfare Association" this Jan 25th 2011.

Few activities to be in place.

1. We are planning to open a saving bank account at SBI Akshaya Nagar-II.
2. Need to open an safe locker for keeping the common and original documents of the land and apartment
3. Original documents and other related details hand over from Builder to association.
4. Pending/Due  maintainance to be collected for opening the account and safe locker.
5. Few changes and process to be taken care from April 2011 onwards which needs to be discussed and implemented.

Let us know your convenient time so we can meet or  get together soon in the month of April 2011 at our Apartments to discuss more.

Yesterday I collected one bunch consisting of six pages related to 2008-2009 tax receipt from Kishore from his office. I will handover the same to Rajeev with in next two days.

Thanks all of you . However, we have not paid taxes for our respective apts for 2009-10 and 2010-11. Let us do it collectively. Pl advise when all are going for the same.

Regarding property tax payment, few of the owners have already paid the taxes till 2010-11, including me.

1. You have a option to pay it online by providing 2008-2009 tax paid receipt no# 2066790. from the below link given.

2. Reach any nearest BBMP office or center in Bangalore and pay through DD.

Paying collectively may not work out in this regard, as it needs your sale deed copy to calculate the tax based on few parameters like
1. your Sqft areas and undivided share allotted. 
2.  If its rented or owner is staying
3. If the payment for 2009-10 & 2010-11 is not paid, then it includes interest till date
4. No Cash or cheques are accepted, except the DD in the name of Commissioner, BBMP. for every year separately.

So better to personally visit and get these things clarified and pay, is my suggestion.
