Maintenance due from your Tenant S-01 since year @ Sai Sagas Apartment

Hello Mr D'Mello Sir,
This is regarding your maintenance due from your rented house Flat # S-01 at Sai Sagas Apatment.

As you are aware, Association has revised the Maintenance charges since Sep 2011 onwards from Rs1600 to Rs 2000 and all the residents are very much cooperative and paying revised charges from day one onwards, But unfortunately we are receiving the same old Rs 1600 from your tenant in spite of multiple reminds. We tried reaching you over phone and emails but failed.

Its going to be nearly a year now and your tenant is due by Rs4800 +  one months advance maintenance of Rs 2000.

I would kindly request you to cooperate with the association and pay back the dues with in 10th Sep 2012.
