Hi All,
We would request you all to pay the maintainance amount on or before
5th of everymonth with out any frequent reminders, this would make us
easy to do payments to security, house keeping etc. on time.

Long list FY09-10 maintainance pending amount from the owners to be
paid asap.

Till date we are getting in time payments from your tenant for water excluding the maintainance. 

Maintainance due for the months are Feb 2010 = 700rs, March 2010 = 700rs, April 2010 = 1100rs and May 2010 = 1100rs
Total put together is 3600rs,

As said In previous Financial year from April 2009 till March 2010 maintainance was 600rs
and from Aprill 2010 onwards maintanance it's 1100rs.

Apr & May Maint charges are Rs. 1100/- each – is this inclusive of water charges. If yes, pl let me know the water charges component so that I can pay the balance and my tenant will pay for the water charges.

Hi Mam,
To clarify you,
Apr & May Maint charges are Rs. 1100/- each - and they are exclusive
of Water charges, as said before we have increased 500rs of
maintainance from the month of April 2010 i.e. from 600rs to 1100rs
due to the equipments like generator, STP and Lift coming out of
warranty and given to AMC. For more details on this we have attached
an document describing each and every component, please look into it.

Your tenant has already paid the water charges for the month of April
and May 2010, These are only the maintainance charges.

Hi mam,
Thanks for understanding the need & urgency but sorry to say that we
haven't formed the association yet nor the bank account number created
to accept the cheque on Sai Sagas Residents Association, till we form
the same we need to find some alternative to receive the payments.

Right now please let me know your best mode of payment other than the
said.
If I can suggest I'd say that you can ask your tenant to pay us and
then settle the same to him.
Or let us know the other best way as per your convenience.

After discussing with the association members, we have come up to an
conclusion that till the Association is formed and the bank account is
created, you can deposit your balance pending amount to this provided
ICICI account no. 000201551863 of mine for smooth transactions.

couldn't meet him and collect the same.
