Request for Pending Maintenance payment

Hello Sir,
We are in very bad condition w.r.t financial saving as on today. An unexpected  brake down of Generator and DG to Main change over which needs to be replaced.
Changing these along with the service charges are reaching beyond rs 40,000.

As i discussed with you earlier, could your kindly pay your maintenance due for G4 and G1 which are as below.

G4- June and July - 2 months - Rs4000r
G1- April, May, June, July & Aug - 5months - Rs 5500
Total of Rs 9500

Request you to kindly transfer the amount to my ICICI bank account 000201551863 by tomorrow i.e. 17th Aug 2012 COB
Appreciate your timely help which would solve this crisis

Hi GuruMurthy Sir,
Thanks for the immediate payment.
We have received the maintenance amount from G1 and G4 flats. As discussed and agreed you have paid maintenance amount of Rs1100 per month for both G1 and G4.  Details are as below

G4- June and July - 2 months - Rs2200 (Excluding water, DG and garbage service charges, rounded to Rs1100 per month)
G1- April, May, June, July, Aug as till date - 5months - Rs 5500
and G1 - Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec 2012 - 4 months - Rs 4400 in advance.

Total of Rs 12100 paid and received.
