Good job done!!. Thank you for the reports – we appreciate it. Could you reply to some of our queries on the statements sent:-

 

1. Why are we paying the Corporation Rs. 400/- every month?
2. On what basis are you collecting the maintenance charges ?

Hi Vivek,
Thank you and appreciate your interest in knowing more. Please find my
comments inline.

Rajeev:- Our House keeping lady collects all the garbage from
individual flat and dumps at basement which will intern be Picked/
collected by corporation people. They generally charge 40rs per flat
to collect the same but we have said that 10flats have been occupied
and so we are paying 400rs for it( actual occupied are 23flats).

Previously( FY09-10) we have collected 50paisa per sqft which builders
set these and we continued the same.
Now (for FY10-11) we have increased to 1rupee per sqft just because
all the equipment (Eg:- generator, Lift & STP) have come out of
warranty and we need to give them for AMC.

Will update the split up of the exact details of expenses for your
more info, please look into it.

Hope this should clarify you, please let us know if any more info or
clarification needed.
