Resolution: Monthly maintenance charges will be increased by Rs500/- from 1^st June 2014 onwards.

 

 

Dear Resident/Owner,

This is to inform you that Association has decided to increase the maintenance charges for the individual flats from 1^st June 2014 onwards.

 

As discussed in the last meeting on April 20, 2014 Sunday, a Resolution of Association has passed considering below factors within the consent and agreement of the committee members deciding to increase from Rs2000/- to Rs2500/-.

 

*Details for the increasing maintenance are provided for your reference.

With the above increased charges the Total Monthly expenses would end up to Rs78000/-. This might vary any time, in spite of increasing Rs500/- also we might end up with neck to neck on total monthly collection and expenses.

 

This will be effective from 1^st June 2014 which will be collected on or before 5^th June 2014 onwards.

Note: Empty/unoccupied flats maintenance will be collected and used for additional cost in the year.
