Thanks for getting to our notice. Will be waiting for your meet in person and to discuss more. 

Below are the last month updates which has addressed mentioned Basement cleaning too.

• Basement, STP and Water ducks cleaning done
• Rain water sump cleaning done
• Water sump and Tank cleaning done
• Changeover for Common area replaced
• New Sewage motor purchased for STP and connected
• Plumbing work for most of the leakage points done

Planned work for this month

• Owners meet to discuss on BWSSB connection and Rain water harvesting, will circulate the Date and time soon
• Meet with Sagas builder Shantha kumar to get the originals of apartment (Mother Deed, etc)
• Acid wash and white cementing for reported flats
• Lift AMC payment
• DG service 
• Due maintenance collection from flats
• Monthly maintenance collection and expense report circulation to members
