This is from SaiSagas Apartment, Bangalore, 

This is to your kind notice that Owners at SaiSagas has formed an Association "Sai Sagas Onwers Welfare Association" couple of years back and taking care of the facilities successfully.

As you know we are completing 6 years and most of the flats are been already sold and occupied by individual owners/residents. 

We are looking forward to have a owner and builder meet where we would be interested to discuss on the following and get a clean handover from builder to Association.

• ·         Individual Khatha & EB transfer
  
• ·         BWSSB connectivity
  
• ·         Rain Water Harvesting
  
• ·         If any Pending activities from Builder that needs to be handed over
  

  

It would be a great help if we could meet and greet in Bangalore to discuss and address the above by this month end, If not could you please let us know your availability so we can plan accordingly to meet you at Chennai.
