Sai Sagas owners Association formation

Hi Pradeep,
How are you? hope everything is fine at your side.
At last we have decided to form the Sai Sagas owners Association. Spoke to one of the Lawyer's whom is going to do this for us.
We need 7 active members to form at the same. Already we have 6 owners staying in Sai Sagas apt and we need one more.
So i would request you or your GPA (Sailesh) to be part of it.

We might required the below documents to from the member to join the active member list.
1. Photostat of SALE DEED.
2. Photostat of ID Proof
3. Photostat of  any Address proof.
4. Passport size photo's of  8no's

Pradeep: It would be a great help if you can pay us the Monthly maintainance which is due Since April 2010 till Aug date i.e. 1100rs per month total 5500rs.
We have couple of pending works and short with the finance. (like Association formation, STP repair works & AMC, Pumbling works).
Please kindly look into it.

As spoken to you this afternoon, I have already transferred Rs 5500/- for Maintenance charges for April-Aug 2010 to your ICICI Account. Please check and confirm on this ASAP. You may please handover the receipt to my GPA Sailesh for the same. Regarding formation of association, please get in touch with SAilesh and he will be able to provide all required documents for the same.
