HI Raju,
As per the discussion regarding the Maintenance due. here are the details to be paid and the account no#.
Maintenance Due from April 2010 till May 2011 i.e. 14 Months, Maintenance per month is 1600rs, so the total outstanding will be Rs.22400.
Association common account is yet to be created, So it would be a great help if you can drop the same amount or give us a cheque on my Account # 000201551863 bearing Account name # RAJEEV VARMA
Going forward from the month of June'11 you can ask your tenant to pay maintenance 1600rs which will be collected in advance for that month every 5th.
