Files not removed from list after being deleted (Meridian Pro)

When I listen to a Podcast I delete it when I'm done with it.  However, often times that file remains in the track listing even after manually refreshing or even doing a manual "force close".  If I click on the track that's been deleted nothing plays and Meridian will crash.  If I long click to delete it my only option is to add it to the Play Q.  If it matters, I'm using BeyondPod to automatically download the podcasts.
