Rates in Sairung-Samruddhi

Hi all.

 I just came to know from my friend that there is a rate of Rs. 800/- to Rs. 900/- in sairung samruddhi. Is it right?

If anybody knows, pl revert back.

Probably your freinds feed back is true.  
 
I visited the samruddhi site last week , the development happening on marunji road is very encouraging.
Kolte patils 400 acre town ship, Air castle ,  educational institutions are the big projects happening around. sure the rates are going to shoot.
I already ordered the sairung to put fencing on my plot and paid.
 
it is time now to take this project seriously,  in formation of society and NA.
 
It is no more sleeping site, it is happening.

Hello,

I have not seen much traction on this topic with rest of the Sairung owners. I have visited Sairung couple of time to push forward with society formation. It is not 1-2 people initiative. We need broader involvment, participation in order to do something useful with this site.

 

I totally agree that this is going to be very happening place and focus of lots of encroachment in coming 1-2 years.

If that happens then it will be very good for all the plot owners in all the projects.

I don't think NA will happened early. ( Green Zone to Yellow zone).

I heared that some plot owner had construct in samruddhi. Is it true?

How he got the permission?

I am a member in Sairung Shrishti project. The rates actually swing a lot and one cannot benchmark the rates right now as it depends.

I am interested in purchasing a plot in Samruddhi...anyone interested?

Hello Sudarshan and fellow plot owners,

I agree with Sudarshan. in fact I heard about similar encroachment
incident in nearby plot society (Kirti or something like that.).
If converting in NA is long process then at least lets get society map
from Sairung. Put fencing around plot that way atleast boundries and
ownership will be clearer.

Sudarshan, Did you get list of all the plot holders from Sairung
during your last visit ?

I believe if we don't act quickly we stand to get in trouble sooner or
later. Any suggestions ?

Re the rate at Sairung Samruddhi- I came to know from an estate agent that if it is Non-development Agricultural(sheti-na vikas) the rate is ₹650 per sq.ft , if it is N.A. then the rate shoots up to ₹2000 per sq.ft.

 

It is imperative that we take an initiative to get this land N.A. certified. We will need concensus from all-I have already contacted an agent who will guide us about making the land N.A. Onvce I get a feedback from him-i will write about it to this group.

Hi all,

Lets have a meet with the agent suggested by Mr.Nesari & work collectively towards 

1. NA and 7/12,

2. Plot Maintenance

3. Agriculturist Certificate, etc..

Mr. Nesari,

Can you check with the agent & let us know a convenient day/time( preferably within a week around 22nd or 23rd Jan ) wherein we can have a meet along with him & discuss on above things.. 

We can mark minutes of meeting to all & let them know on next course of action..

Let us distribute the work & nominate different people for different activities and follow-ups and get things going...

If we do not act now, its not going to happen..we need to safeguard our plots & get benefit out of our investments rather than someone else reaping benefits..

Any suggestions are welcome..

Thanks for the mail. I did recieve some mails from Sairung to pay the maintenance charges a few days ago. i plan to visit the office when in pune to know more as I have already paid some in the past and see no development on the site.

 I am also getting mail from Sairung regarding maintenance charges. Should we have to pay these charges? There is nothing any development in Sairung Samruddhi, No security guard. Gate is always open & is not in proper condition?

Hi all,

Has anyone sold a plot to Sairung in a buy back scheme? I sold it to them almost four years back and they have not still given me my money back. Only half of the money they have given. No one picks up the phone and responds. Looks like I lost my money. 

Has anyone of you got similar experiences? Just write to me.
