Dear all,
Has anybody paid maintenance which sairung group asked to pay before few days?
Today I got call from them regarding payment.
Should we have to pay as we all know that there is no any type of maintenance, not even security guard present thereat any time in last few years?

Dear Al,
I also received a call from sairung regarding maintainance and registration,if everybody is of view that we should pay then i am ready to pay or we should be united in our stand and force them in forming a society.

Sairung Should first give details why it is asking for Maintenance.
we need to get a Breakup of what are the total expenses and for what
then divide it by num of owners.
he is asking for money having not done anything

Hello to all:
We are all saying the same thing again and again.But what are we doing about the whole thing.
People in the city should take some concrete steps to take up the plot-owners' interests.If
societ gormation is advised let us go ahead.If other steps are required,please take those.
But some concrete actions are required.Please,please,let us move.

When do you want to meet? Where? Who all are joining?
Any meeting should conclude with collective visit to Sairung office.
