  We are writing this letter on behalf of 14 Samruddhi customers as listed below, who have taken initiative to form a society in order to address our common interests.
 
 We recently had discussions with Sairung Villa owners who have formed maintnance society. They referred us to you to seek your assistance to get list of all owners.
 
 Can we request you to please provide us with name, address, phone, email id, plot number/size for all Samruddhi plot owners. As a first step towards society formation, we are planning for a get together in first half of July to discuss further steps. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

hi, we can reply asking his expected date of arrival...in the meantime can we verify whose apartment is built in samriddhi complex & is fsi available to construct apartment in bunglow community? We have a 5000 sq ft plot with registration done but no 7/12... this is the case with other owners we know of...how do we proceed on 7/12 thing..can we take some legal help on the same...few owners have clubbed their plots together to get 7/12 done.. once 7/12 of most owners is done it will be easier in society formation..
