Hi Sudarshan,

Congratulations on an early start.

I suppose we all will be keen to see how the pre-fabricated units shape up – the concept being not-so-common in India

Can you share some pictures from various stages of construction please? Considering future business potential from others in the group, I suppose your Architect him/herself will do the needful.

Sincerely,

Koushik Paul

I am starting to construct farm house on my Samruddhi plot using container
housing (fabricated) and later do plantations. First step of the project is
to put wall fence around that is almost complete. That doesn't need
permission as it is not a permanent structure as per my architect.

Sairung has messed up my plot demarkations.
My plot has a adjoining road, half the land for which was taken from my
plot (as for all of us). Now they have removed the road and sold the plot
where there was road and some adjoining area away from my plot without my
consent to someone else. Please watch out. They have acknowledged the issue
and trying to resolve it but taking their own sweet time. Its a complicated
company to work with.

Be in charge of your plot. I know most of us are not paying maintenance to
Sairung. I hope your own plan to secure your investments. This place will
be gold in few days more.

Its realy great !!

Yes correct, it dpermission not required.

When you are planning with Container housing , how much cost approx.

I was also waiting someone should start , I am ready to start this kind of
activity as earliest.

I am in planning to have some construction records & elctricity for
development.

I think I should get help from you.

I have a plot in Sairung Samruddhi. In order to protect my plot I have got
barbed wire fencing done through the developer i.e. Sairung. I have also
paid for the maintenance charge. There is practically no maintenance being
done by Sairung. However the charge is being paid in the hope of protecting
my property. I have no intentions of doing any construction until the
correct status of the land is clear. Sairung has been telling that the
property will soon be part of PCMT. It may take about an year. However this
they are telling for last couple of years. Since there is hardly anything
we can do at this stage, having waited for such a long time it is better to
wait for few more years. However since the land has huge potential value,
it is necessary to protect it which is possible either through formation of
a society which I do not know about the possibility of in our case since
"gunthewari" is not done or by being with the developer patiently till the
matter is clear.
The very fact that the developer is showing interest in buying back the
plots indicates the potential of that land. Even though earlier attempts to
form an association have not been successful, it may be worth making
another attempt to form a formal or even informal association of Sairung
Samruddhi plot owners.
