Dear Mr. K.R. Malik,
 We have visited your office on multiple instances along with follow up email communication given below to request contact details of members and help from Sairung Developers in society formation for Sairung Samruddhi.
 
 Forming maintnance society (similar to Sairung Villa) will help Sairung developers to get rid of their maintanance expenses and let members take care of their investments.
 
 Recent request for to pay Sairung for maintanance expenses goes contrary to our discussion and members are questioning intentions of Sairung from avoiding this co-operation in society formation.
 
 I realize Sairung is incurring expenses to "guard" the property. Why not hand over the responsibility to the members in a self serve model, do a clean handover of property which supports trust of hundreds of current (and future potential) customers in Sairung Brand?
 
This email is copied to several current members who are connected over internet in absence of interest from Sairung to connect members, and build a well functioning society.
 
Look forward to hearing back from you and request for time to meet with you to discuss future of Samruddhi with many members eager to move forward with this discussion.
 
Members: Please comment. This is the forum where we need to connect and have a dialogue with Sairung Developers to plan ahead that they are not maintaining our investments free of charge at the same time members are willing to take interest in protecting their own investment through active participation.

Dear Mr. Malik,

I agree with Sudarshan. We had bought the plot in Sairung Samruddhi to
fulfill our dreams which Sairung themselves had projected.

We expect you to support your long standing customers who are nothing
but your future brand ambassadors.

If all the Samruddhi members themselves form a society it would
relieve Sairung of the maintenance efforts and would help Sairung to
showcase of this model to their customers.

Has everybody registered their propeties?I beleive Sairung has asked everybody to speed up the registration process.How much fees have they charged?Also,is anybody paying the maintenance charges?

I had checked with them on registration on our name from the earlier
POA. Sairung is saying 10percent of land value as per govt rates. I
checked on internet, it says 5 percent. Not sure the additional 5
percent is for extracting more money or getting maintainence charges
by other means.

Hi All,

We visited SAirung Samriddhi last sunday. When we spoke to SAirung office about access to site, they said its manned by guard & security systems & we may not have access.

But when we visited the site around 4.30 pm, there was no one in sight, gate was open, no guards & no security systems.Few plots had fencing done.

We went further to Sairung rent apartment schemes there we met Sairung personnel who said PMRDA is taking shape & in 2 years the site will have to become NA.

That may be sufficient reason for SAirung to become greedy about land again.

All of us are just exchanging mails with no concrete POA - plan of action.

Mr. Nesari is yet to revert with agent. No meeting is scheduled yet for all of us to come together. 

All of us are losing as we do not stand together with Sairung owner making merry.

We need to set timelines & work.

Couldnt agree more. Attempted to propose time to meet at Sairung office with no responses. We want to safeguard our investments but would like someone else to take care of it and no one is ready to pay (time/money) for it. I see same theme across multiple properties I own.
 
Is there a lawyer / agent who can help get individual NA if that is possible. Just keep it simple. I dont see much point in collaborative approach that requires multiple interested parties to push this forward (as Mr. More from Sairung Villa who I heard was instrumental in getting their maintanance society formed).

 I have come across your work from multiple of my friends in Villa projects. Its been an inspiration on what you have been able to achieve.
 
 Today, I gave another chance to meet with Sairung office admin incharge. Here is a quick summary:
 1. Only 10-20% of members have done their regiration (sale deed). That means ~80% land from Samruddhi is still in the name of Sairung.
 2. Sairung has been following up with members to get the registration done but that will require members to produce farmer certificate
 3 Not sure what was the status of sale deed in case of Sairung Villa
 4. Admin officier suggested me to send email to chai...@sairungdevelopers.com in order to reach the top management if we need to meet with them.
 5. Some of us have expressed interest to take collective action but no one has responded on request to fix up the time. I am really confused if people are really interested to join for this cause or support is limited to emails with support.
 6. Sairung today mentioned that Maruje villege is full of Gundas trying to encroach. Those who would like Sairung to protect the land will need to pay maintanance. You are on your own if you think you can take care of it.
 7. I am considering building a house using grampanchayat approval if getting it under PMRDC is going to take time
 8 . Sairung mentioned we are open to form society but laughed at the fact that majority of the land is still in the name of Sairung as most of us have not done registration.
 
In my opinion, we should jump on this golden opportunity to learn more from Mr. More and experience from Villa members. Are there any other members really intersted to meet face to face and take this forward? Email mode of communication is not working.

Since travelling to Pune may not always be possible for non Pune
residents, I would request Mumbai residents to jointly visit the
Sairung office in Mumbai at least and then exchange the details in
this forum to decide on further course. Let me know the contact
details of Mumbai owners so that we can fix a time.

Additionally Mumbai team can call Pune owners when they are
discussing with Milind. I have a conference number (covering Mumbai,
Blore, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkatta) which we can use to patch the Pune
team but unluckily it does not have Pune number.

Hi All,

This is with regard to plot 29 which my dad Mr. Ramesh Joshi owns in Sairung Samriddhi. Its around 4750 sq.ft. Details can be taken from him.

Considering the slow movement around 7/12 & society formation, he has finally decided to sell off the plot as we are in US & it is not possible for him to make frequent trips to pune for all of these activities.
