Sairung's buy back policy and commitment

Hi all,

Has anyone sold a plot to Sairung in a buy back scheme? I sold it to them almost four years back and they have not still given me my money back. Only half of the money they have given. No one picks up the phone and responds. Looks like I lost my money. 

Has anyone of you got similar experiences? Just write to me.
