Hi,

Yesterday, we had good constructive meeting with focus on society formation. It really helped us to know each other. 

We discussed below points

1> There are many issues including plots security.

2> Society formation is first step towards resolving our issues. We will have legal standing to fight any issues. Also, proper development of Samruddhi can happen.

3> I will circulate issue tracker to collect your isuues. Pl. send me(santosh....@gmail.com) mail with below details

i> Plot no

ii> Your email id

iii> Your contact no

iv> Your current city of residence

4> Since google group is on public domain, we will be forming restrcited type yahoo group. 

5> To speed up the society formation process, we decided to meet on 19th July at 10 AM at Samruddhi-I plots. I suggest members from Mumbai also should attend this meeting. Pl. carry below documents with you.

a> Sale Deed. If you don't have Sale Deed then Development agreement and Power of Attorney - 2 self attested Xerox copies of all pages

b> 2 color photos (of plot owner).  Pl. write your name behind the photo

c> Address proof - 2 self attested Xerox copies, e.g. electricity bill, telephone bill, etc 

d> Photo ID proof: 2 self attested Xerox copies, e.g. PAN card, driving license etc. - again of plot owner 

So, lets meet on 19th July at 10am at Samruddhi plots.
