Samruddhi plot

Dear all,

     Whats happened? Nobody interested in whats happening to sairung samruddhi plots.

 It seems that all sairung samruddhi plot owners are forget that they have plot in sairung samruddhi.

Sairung group wants to pay maintainance & complete registration process. Anybody had done?

As per my knowledge, Inmulshi & haveli taluka, there will be no registration (kharedi) under 11 Guntha as per order of Tahasildar.

Is ti true? If anybody knows pl reply.

My 7-12 was done way back in 2001 along with registration. Are there any owners for whom this is still pending?

 

People do seem to have forgotten about their golden investment in plot. Or it appears like driving on Indian roads.... if you disregard incoming truck about to dash against you and on purpose look somewhere else, it is likely that the truck driver makes sure not to bump into you.

 

It is not too far away that we are going to fight for this golden investment (not a matter of if but when).

 

On my side, I am trying to put up wall around the plot and build up a small farmhouse/room where I can go and stay for a weekend every now and then.

I have got the registration done.Have got the papers and 7/12 too.Also I had visited the site a few days back.I think Sairung has been doing some work there.I saw a compound wall being constructed at the rear side.

Hi All

Today, I got chance to  visit to sairung samruddhi.

I found that new project is started just behind the sairung samruddhi plot area with name Aarohi developers.

They have also constructed compound wall and entry gate.

So I made search on internet to find name of the project its Aarohi park
