Gta San Andreas Cleo 3 Skin Selector Download

My pc is about mid end and can run games like Rdr 2 with no problem and yes I do use the auto installer that's on on gtaall.com and heres a link to the skin selector version i use -san-andreas/cleo/4876-skin-selector-v21.html .I actually found a sort of fix by playing the mission and the missions up to it without changing my character than while at the haircut place cutting CJ's hair than changing it back to the default style before I left than after completing the mission I created 2 save files one where I save as CJ and one as my changed character and interestingly enough the save file where I am my changed character is the one that now works but the CJ one had the same issues as before. I also installed silent patch before I started these new save files , i don't think it had any effect but its worth mentioning just in case .
the most optimality with the standard skin selector is just to delete the cs1.sav file in the cleo_saves folder through cleo, though in case not many were aware, there's a skin selector provided with modloader support that was released on gtainside.com by Ryosuke839 that has 3 different versions of the mod (n, o, c)
the version i used before was o, i would have a selected skin and i would save my game with the skin and when i would load back onto the save, the skin is automatically there, here's the download link: -skin-selector-modloader-support/
I cant seem to find any tutorials that are up to date or have working links, each tutorial seems to have broken links to the download of the mod, so I downloaded it manually, (skin selector v2.1) and got a few files, however each tutorial I watch they all have different files and do different things with them. I have cleo, but ive tried so many different downloads and also found one where you have to change IMG CLEO\skin.img within gta.dat but it comes up i have no permission to save it. I really need help on how to install and a working download link
This cleo script is designed to change CJ's skin to:- any other ped (ordinary citizen);- special heroes, such as: Ryder, Big Smoke, officer Tenpenny, etc.Also, the script allows you to spawn next to any of the above characters.
You can either rename these files to replace in-game pedestrians or use them seperately with the skin selector mod for CLEO without replacing anything. You will need an IMG editor to add/replace any ped models found within either GTA San Andreas/models/gta3.img (game models/textures) or GTA San Andreas/CLEO/skin.img (skin selector mod).
I recommend getting Skin Selector if you haven't already, as it allows for easy access to these pony models as well as any other ped models you download. It also allows you to spawn armed or unarmed actors which are invincible to bullets and can be recruited into your gang. You need to have CLEO 3 installed to use the skin selector (CLEO 4 probably works too but I use 3).
