kunai public company ko director huna ko lagi criminal record hunu hunna... testai gari jo byekti mantri mandal athawa sansad ma janu cha bhane esto kunai niyamawali chaina... yo bujh pachayeko ho ki k ho afai bichar garau.. ani esta byakti haru le nai kanun banauna thalyo bhane kasto kisim ko kanun bancha.. kunai kanun bhaye ni kasle palana garcha!!???

Kunai pani kaam ko lagi conflict of interest hunu hunna... ani tapai ko dristikon ma yadi chor haru lai  "chance" dinu parcha bhanne cha bhane pahile minimum period chahi black list garnu paryo... Aja Jail bata niskyo bholi mantri banyo.. yo ta haude bho ni.. tapai ko k cha es ma bichar?

In my view, some criminals are smart and creative, if he is punished what he had done in past, or got punished if he does again, then why to worry about that they should or not be in that position. But its opportunity for them to prove themselves to be smart, and they have also idea of where the loop wholes are.

Secondly, regarding "mantri mandal athawa sansad ma janu cha" if people are going to be Minister in terms of capability definitely there would be criter as you mentioned, for representative (House) if they are not going to be Minister and basically focusing on making laws and policies it would not be attractive portfolio for such people, and my thought is system will discourage it. Because judgement of people's ability should not be limit to academic qualification they got, it is depth of thought they could dive.

Tapai le bhannu bhako kura ek dam sahi cha.. even the example you gave is common sense.. if its common sense then why hasn't the law changed yet? chor haru le law banayo bhane esto huncha... if the existing law is weak then why to make it stronger bhanne mindset cha.. natra how long does it to change such non sense laws... if all parliament  members were in the right mind set... law makers haru nai Chor athawa chori garne intention bhaye pachi chori ko law banaune bela definitely conflict of interest hune bho ni... kati nepal ka gunda haru politically backed chan bhanera ta bhani rahanu pardaina.. ani kaha bata law and order hunu ni... plus nepal ko legal system le gunda haru lai thik lagaulan jasto lagcha ki tyo gunda haru afno punishment sake pachi "revenge" line bhanera auchan?? Legally ta they are "citizens" in your terms but do u think tyo punishment sakine bittikai that guy will be suddenly transformed into being a saint? Mero bhannu eti matra ho ki lawmakers SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND whatsoever...
