Hi Chris, Greg & Danie or Gustav, cc Peter, Kelvin

I am continuing to make good progress at other levels re NRW-IAM. I am talking to different sponsors and sources of funds and there are more options. If anything the project cases only seem to be stronger in need but structurally not easy. We probably need to maintain some long views. However the seeming silence on any kind of project level legal arrangements after 25^th Sept is starting to worry me. Something will have to be in place especially after the chat that Peter and I had if we are to get value out of the WRC funds. But I believe I am even doing better than that, potentially even without WRC funds. I had a very brief chat with Greg yesterday after I failed to raise you. He seemingly wants to visit matters and it seems to confirm that matters have not moved.

What chance is there for as many as possible of us coming together to reconsolidate matters ASAP? Rather revert to cell phones. I am in EC all of next week.
