Introducing Geraldine, Dropboxes and FW: references re getting "IAM-going"

cc e-space for Team visibility with specific awareness to IWRM and most social colleagues – Stephen Mallory, Tendai Samuyama, and Nqaba Ndlovu in anticipation of specific expected follow through as and when possible.
First of two emails after this morning (I won’t bother to cc the second – giving you access to the SAIMIC…..Refs that I am now confining to Team members). Thanks again for that exploratory contact, especially your interest and potential availability – especially on the environmental / social end of the NRW-IAM activity spectrum. Frankly I am relieved and will try to use you most judiciously until a budget is secured. Please follow through with what you raised in any event. What is offered within this email can definitely travel elsewhere so long as it remains under your direction and referral back to us both.

Secondly, please see the further Drop-box linkages here-with below and the link to the same Google group I have already given you. Please save and or establish your own linkages to these ALL (connect to Dropbox etc). As and when I can involve you practically in the team, I will open the NRW-IAM Team Dropbox to you. You might just need to remind me.
Thirdly - This email below is also illustrative of the type of positioning I am now ‘trying to engineer’ with other key Public stakeholders. Feel free to use it yourself like that in your own circles. My assumption has to be that this will PLEASE NOT be taken directly to these parties mentioned but only back via ourselves.

Thanks VERY much for the conversation you and I have just had. Please note the confidence I take in offering in what follows, hoping that it will rather to be kept to ourselves for mutual interests, especially going forward.
The message below is offered for your information – especially short-term. However and beyond that the tactics around my old employer (DBSA) need very judicious handling and DWA is just as challenging, yet essential for “NRW-IAM”. Y-up that Operational agenda is VERY well loaded – even if I say so myself. The hotlinks offered here now are the “public and role-player” Dropbox spaces I can reveal to yourselves. My Core team Dropbox can be opened to funders as and when those are secured. There is not much in these particular dropbox spaces now but they will be populated as and when work can actually start – rather it is the scope and structure of that can be noted now;
But it’s the IAM-Enabling that actually needs lots of help. If the above statements re DBSA and DWA were not at the risk of being understood – this email would also be being loaded here; i-am-enabling Google Group. I trust from here on out all here might begin to monitor that “IAM empowerment-aimed” GG e-space as and when you want to do that individually.
So thanks for agreeing to meet with me so quickly. See you tomorrow Thursday 1200 hours. I confirm that it will be at your office and I will come to your and Kevin’s building. After you and I have spoken, I trust you and I can drop into Kevin to also give him a courtesy call at about 1300 hours – hoping he is around but if he isn’t no matter. An IAM-based agenda can yet consume us all!
I still sincerely hope for similar update with William @ SALGA that is just as overdue….
I trust Jay notes that I am drawing matters to finality in hope of ultimate alignment in readiness of what WRC can help to get started.
