Hi Fuad, (& Konanani)
At last I managed to get a working email address for you. (Thanks again Lilian) The one I read from your writing has just bounced - v...@dwa.gov.za. It has also taken this long to sort this out just due to my own demands – sorry about this.
Further I confirm our NRW-IAM Team have made progress and am now seeking a feedback session asap with Thoko, hopefully on the 26th, partially identified with Lilian. There is now a distinct additional conceptual proposal on offer, currently being confirmed between role-players. It will potentially, if supported from within DWA in any shape or form to initiate related contact with donors. Formal approval must of course take its own form. That proposal will be sent ASAP, still as a draft, hopefully in the next few days. Having spoken to Lilian yesterday, we at least hope that if she cannot attend it is delegated by her. Other aspects are still being consulted within DWA, especially via Jenny and further meetings. Also I trust you have seen my Draft Presentation for the CSIR, ‘The potential of NRW’ shared in preceding as I know you were interested to see that. Don’t hesitate to ask me to re-send you anything. Of course we remain open to anything notably Konanani and yourself think needs to be appended here at any stage.
Please note my contact details as below.
Regards,
Nigel Lowe
