Hi All,

Here-with some NRW-IAM Structuring references that I used (Thursday, Friday) and or intend to use (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) in our many different conversations. I also copy them to your principals and others directly in the hope, they even structure further follow-on conversations - all accordingly to the possible broad roles and contributions that can be fitted alongside and or with these largely operational interventions. These are often probably quite Water Service Authority case specific and hopefully regionally supported. It will probably require 'events' to test the relevancy and readiness of these kind of frameworks for actual related appropriate structures and actual applications to emerge.

Is this ambitious - yes! Is it 'business unusual' - yes, I believe so! Why - it requires broad frameworks (like these) to spread the risks and collate available resources in order to positively impact and actually enable WSA Operations.

Also in sharing these graphics this way - I trust it is illustrative of the broad but delicate balances I am actually trying to "broker" between some rather diverse groupings - especially in an environment of very broad leadership challenges. Other emails and contacts will then need to refer.
