Hi All,

PLEASE do not take this email (especially the statements, all depersonalized outside of Moses and myself) outside of this circle without my knowledge.  I am rather sharing this a personal and professional networking capacity.  The sensitivity in trying to align and position this is acute but beginning to bear incredible POTENTIAL ‘fruit’ – just so long that things are kept rather close and in context.

I trust you can read and hear my optimism after Geraldine “compared notes” this afternoon but also because of my own one and one conversations with so many of you in recent days – especially in the course of this last week. It is such a pity that more of us from RSA are not already able to come with into Bulawayo, like Moses.  But that is the purpose of this trip – to prepare to take a group into at least Bulawayo and for what is now actually happening, it surely will not be the last time either.  Better still – it seems inevitable that enabling will actually lead the way for NRW-IAM as actually it needs to best happen.  RSA is just so confused that we have to struggle for NRW-IAM application from all other points of challenging entry!

I got great direction and advice out of Tenda and Jenny on this last Monday afternoon. I must in the course of my week away prepare the intput to the 15th, based on what we discussed. Now I trust that ONLY Moses comes with me who is not from DWA.  Even other prep meetings are being set-up so that he and I go into this with as well prepared as possible.

Now let us see what the rest of us can deliver out of Zim. towards taking this into INTERNATIONAL dimensions….

But on the 15th – I really want us in RSA to focus as much of that as possible into Mpumalanga.  The synergies are acute indicating that “Ehlanzeni NRW-IAM Zone” as potentially the leading case for ‘us’ on this side of the Limpopo.  But it is - and the hint lies in this statement – our rivers and our water resources, that stand to unite us!

Over and out for no more time for more….
Nigel

Hi Moses.

Just left a vmail for you and this appointment then refers.  The choice of title is definitely NOT my own – I have no ego in this.  In fact I will want it to be massively different……

Massive synergy now seemingly already from Zim that must and should be impacting at least firstly on Mpumalanga.  I definitely need strategic partners like ………..  Now see especially this meeting where I will do everything to use the case of Mpumalanga OUR leading focus for much in RSA.  I think you will be astonished as to the range of options “we” (plus) now might have…. maybe it is time that you also facilitate my contact with (…….edited ….et al provincial enabling role player partners) soon than later.

As this an appointment and only aiming at you, now see what I do with this email for the time ahead of this appointment.  Your response to any of this will determine what level of conversation I take you or who-ever into.  All I am looking for is committed and sincere partners whose focus is actually and patently on real service delivery.  That is literally what Zimbabwe is now set to lead already – AND that we in RSA can now rather easily “feed off.”

Till we talk,
Nigel
