Dearest Community,
There are many ways we can celebrate the holiday season – being with family, attending festivities, giving gifts, being in prayer and contemplation. However you choose to spend this time we encourage you to use it as an opportunity to reflect love. Sai Maa has said, “When one is absorbed in love that is what is going to be reflected, that is what one will see all around, and that is what you will attract to you. The more you love, the more you attract love to you, and the more you are in love.”We often hear satirical stories about the difficulties of being with family during the holidays – the buttons that are pushed, the old stories that are played out again and again. As we know from Maa’s teachings, our experience of the world around us is determined by the frequency of our own energies.
This holiday season let us practice maintaining our energy at such a high frequency that we reflect love. We see the love that we are reflected in the eyes of those around us, we see our own gifts and strengths, and we attract our own Higher Self. Let us look for that reflection of love – within ourselves and within others.
Maa has entered a powerful time of silence to prepare the work for the New Year. Maa has said she will be residing at the 144th dimension and from this place working deeply with all of Maa’s students and the planet as a whole.
Maa is inviting you to be with Maa in these frequencies. Knowing that there are no boundaries to energy, use your intention to merge yourself with Maa’s energy. Sit in stillness for at least 5 minutes a day and open yourself to receive what Maa is offering at this time. Take moments of silence to reflect on your divinity and the unfolding that is take place within and around you right now.
