Navaratri, The Nine Days of Mother Divine   October 5th marks the beginning of Navaratri, the Nine Days of Mother Divine. Navaratri is a Hindu holiday that honors the Mother Divine in her many forms. These nine days are a time to celebrate all the expressions of the divine feminine that lead us from darkness to light, from illusion to truth, from    separation to unity.   The celebration of Navaratri is universally significant as it is a time when Mother Divine, in all of her aspects, is being activated for the entire planet. Sai Maa has said that this Navaratri is especially powerful, as it will serve all of humanity through the sweetness and power of the sacred feminine presence. At this time, Maa is activating the Divine Mothers of all civilizations -- including Mary Magdalene, Isis, Sekhmet, Miriam, and Shekhinah -- and bringing forth these energies to propel humanity into its awakening. Throughout Navaratri, the whole world and the entire cosmos will be aligned with the Shakti of Mother Divine. During these nine days we have the opportunity to welcome this sacred energy and allow it to accelerate our transformation.   On Sunday’s Global Address, Sai Maa said: From Atlantis, from Lumeria, all the Great Mothers are ready. Not many humans have the privilege to have Mother in their life. Those who know what a blessing, what a privilege it is, use that Shakti to move on. Mother will come and guide you again and again. Keep moving on; keep going, move forward. Don’t look back. Just keep moving. Move at the speed of light.   Celebrating Navaratri There are many ways we can open ourselves to the power of Navaratri. It is a time of devotion and deep inner work. It is a time to focus all of our attention on the light within us.   During these days, from October 5th – 13th, Maa is inviting us to be with Maa energetically every day.  Take time to feel Maa in our hearts and connect with all that Maa is activating for the planet.   Use this time to actively call forth the qualities of Mother Divine within us; particularly those of the Goddesses Kali, Lakshmi, and Saraswati, in whose name Navaratri is celebrated throughout India and the world.
