Dear Friends of the LIGHT,

In honor of Sai Maa's 60th Birthday -- 6 month long celebration and accompanying Yagna in India...

I've made a commitment not only to have Aarti here at the Goodrich house everyday at 9AM, but I also want to add a Diksha/ Stillness Meditation/ Aarti/ chanting night similar to what we did last Friday evening. I'll be your bright and light hostess on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month unless it's a holiday, and of course I'll be sending out notices. Both will be by donation, and all funds received will be donated toward the continuing yagna in India. 
This donation is like gift to your own SELF towards your own MOKSHA - your LIBERATION.

9AM - Early Morning Gratitude AARTI everyday.

I'll be here every morning waving a flame on a plate. And I'll be happy to train anyone wanting to learn. It's EZ. And you will be surprised at the shakti.

Please call or e-mail me your intention to come by the previous evening so I can have the door unlocked for you. I'll be finishing my own personal yoga practice so I will not be answering the phone in the morning.

6PM - Awakening To Your Divinity - A Meditative Evening- 2nd and 4th Sundays

Each week I'll tune in to see what the nights practice will be.
 Diksha--- Stillness Meditation--- Aarti----- Chanting. Or we could be listening to a video or audio of Sai Maa.
Or trying out some jappa with a 108 mala.

Diksha training will be available on request.

And let me know if another time is better. This is flexible.

12:30 PM - Tuesday FULL of JOY Diksha/ Potluck gatherings will continue on the weeks we don't have a Sunday meditation.
