Sails.js Views not rendering CSS

I am trying to make a view inside a view folder. The location of view folder is same as of api,config folders. I have also added assets folder and adding css, js folders and respective files inside them. But my view is not able to locate my css and js.

So my questions are : 

1. Where should my views and assets folder lie.

2. How i should access my css and js files from my view.

I am using sails v1.0.2.
