Tutorial?

Hi, I am new to the app and the forum.  I started to make two simple forms and I could notice looking around the app that I can do much more that what I though and I bought the pro version.  Now, I was getting a little complicated in my form and now I require to calculate fields from another form to keep summary in one place.  I was looking and I think what I need to learn is "remote forms" since I saw people talking about it.  Is there a tutorial or manual that I can read how to use the features of this app?  for now what I need is access the values from the other form but if I have a manual I can see what more I can do and use it.  Thanks
