Good day. I am trying to load my own form group into Sailforms Pro on a Windows 11 laptop.  I cannot find the sdcard folder, or the sailforms folder for that matter. I backed up a sample form and backed it up but still could not find a "Sailforms"folder.  The "sdcard" in the backup file name refers to the storage on the Android phone, how do I find it in the emulator? I have even tried Total Commander to find the backup created in Sailforms but no success.Putting the sfg file in a Bluestacks media folder and double-clicking on it simply opens Bluestacks X.

How do I access my forms?

It sounds like you tried everything I was going to recommend.

The last two releases of Android (11 & 12) have limited the way apps access external storage. I am reworking Sailforms to support this
since I cannot upload an Update until I support Android 11.

Running Sailforms on the emulator and backing up a group or form should give you the sailforms directory to find.
Can you reload the backup you did from the emulator? If you can, then that will help.

The emulator may be keeping its own file storage. You could try going to the emulator settings and see what it says about storage.
Connect a USB Cable to the PC with another PC and see if you can get access to the emulator's storage.

The emulator also may allow its storage to be visible to the PC.

Another thought is to see if the emulator has a file manager that might let you browse its storage.

You can also try dragging the backup.sfg file onto the emulator. It might support drag and drop.

Thanks Chris, I found the path in MEmu but not in Bluestacks.  I still could not restore a backup except one I created in the emulator.  A workaround was to export each form on the phone to a csv file, send them to the MEmu shared folder on the laptop and import them one by one.  At least my data is now available.

A problem I encountered when setting up the connections  is that the app on my laptop is not the Pro version I have on the phone so I could not set it up.  I also could not set up a many-to-many connection on the phone. I want to link the children on my School Bus db to their parents and the parents to their children. I probably would need an intermediate form but I have no clue how to set it up.

Thanks for all the hard work in maintaining this excellent app.

Easy solution install a file manager and then find your download and click on that and it opens up sailforms and asks if you want to install the database.
