Is there a way to let the Salmon output file to show gene symbol?

Hi,

I ran Salmon and the output file only has Ensemble ID. Is there a way to let the Salmon output file to show gene symbol instead? I did try to use AnnotationHub to assign gene symbol to the Ensemble ID, but lots of the IDs do not have a gene symbol and shown as "NA". I am not sure whether I can just ignore them.
