Here are a couple of thoughts as I get started today.

If you wouldn't mind working on the vars and combining them where it
makes sense, that would be great. One request, if you could add a
column of "type" or something like that, so we can capture whether
they are boolean, text, integer or float, that would be great.

The reason I ask, I think I am going to add to the profiler a way to
get everything production ready, and then provide some kind of tool to
run on production. That way, you can have your development tools
completely hidden, and possibly not there at all. I just imagine a
button on the profiler that says "Prep for Production" and it does a
dump of the DB and tar.gz the entire application up and ready ready to
deploy. Make sense? We probably need to discuss this as we go...

Also, if you wouldn't mind moving the mail as a core file, and
rewriting it a bit as that code is brittle that would be great. I
think it would make sense to do: xarMailSend() instead of the xarMod
stuff.

I am going to start work on the profiler this week, but feel free to
jump in. I think it will be relatively easy to see what I am doing.

I am also going to get the installer working so there is no error when
you leave. Means a new working theme, etc.

Sound good, or do you have anything that would be better to move
forward?

Sure, that sounds like an excellent idea and happy to start on it.

Yes makes sense. Getting a better picture now of what you've been
thinking for this.

Ok. Those 2 areas should keep me busy this week.

Sounds good. Some concrete tasks to start with and I've got my
subversion setup working so I'm set to go now :)
