Code review request: support for PBS clusters

Hi everyone,

I've just opened a pull request in our GitHub repository:

https://github.com/sailfish-team/sailfish/pull/4

and would appreciate it a lot if somebody could review the code and
the documentation, which is also available at:

http://mjanusz.github.com/sailfish/distributed_simulations.html

The pull request contains changes that make it possible to run
distributed simulations on PBS clusters. The code has been tested on
the PLGRID infrastructure.
