Ejector/Injector Pump

Hi,

I'm attempting to make an injector/ejector pump in Sailfish. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Injector#/media/File:Ejector_or_Injector.png

I am using NTRegularizedVelocity for the motivating fluid. What boundary condition type should I use to represent a reservoir of fluid that will then be motivated by the primary motivating fluid? If that is at all possible.

Thanks for the great LBM software. I've used it extensively to study vortex streets.

Hi,

I do not really undestand - perhaps you wanted to have conservation between input and output? 

In any case one can use for output constant pressure - but it does not play well with velocity inlet, or simply nothing. Of course you can simulate the whole reservoir if possible.
