Central AGM at SSK :  Programme 

Dear Saikorians,

1.   Based on the earlier confirmation of the venue for the 26th Central AGM on 22 & 23rd Sep 2018:-

2.    The schedule for Central AGM of  Association Saikorian on 22 & 23rd SEP 2018 at Sainik School Korukonda under the overall arrangements of Vizag Chapter is as per the  detailed programme given below.

3.    All Saikorians are requested to plan their attendance and accordingly schedule their itinerary for the AGM    on 22nd & 23rd September 2018.

0600 hrs – 1000 hrs - Delegates Arrive at Sainik School. Break Fast Near the School Mess

1000 hrs – 1230 hrs Registration & Special Assembly & AGM at School Auditorium

1300 hrs –1400 hrs Lunch with cadets

1530 hrs – 1730 hrs Sports with School Boys followed by Refreshments

1900 hrs onwards Dinner in Palace Western Plinth along with light Entertainment

23 rd September 2018 

0730 hrs Depart Sainik School to Campus Challenge

0830 hrs - 1100 hrs Breakfast at Campus Challenge and Interaction with the inmates

1100 hrs Leave for Visakhapatnam, Via Bhimili Beach Road

1300 hrs – 1500 hrs Lunch at NCB, Naval Coast Battery, Beach Road 

( Dress Code :Formals with Shoes )

1500 hrs onwards Depart as convenient

1030 hrs Members are seated

1030 hrs -1032 hrs Secretary Calls attention and confirms quorum.

AGM Invoked to commence

1032 hrs -1035 hrs Central Committee Invited to stage

1035 hrs – 1040 hrs Welcome by Secretary and House stands for 2 mins to pay respects to Saikorians who departed during the year

1040 hrs – 1043 hrs Welcome address by Central Committee President and 

announcement of agenda

1045 hrs – 1130 hrs (a) Discussion on Issues 

1135 hrs – 1230 hrs (b) AGM Agenda

(i) Reports by Presidents of three Chapters 

(3-5 mins each)

(ii) Presenting and approval of Accts 

(iii) Appointment of New Central Committee

(c) Any other points raised by the members

(d) Vote of Thanks
