----1. Please Refer to the e-mails dated 07 Dec 2018 and 06 Nov 2018 circulated by Gp Capt Allam Prabhakar (retd) to various groups/ members of Association Saikorian:-2. Executive Committee of Association Saikorian is saddened to see the repetitive attempt of the above Saikorian who once again is trying to misguide members of Association Saikorian with false and misleading information regarding the functioning of our Krushi Home.3. It is unfortunate that the above Saikorian has once again taken the role of "His Masters Voice" on behalf of another saikorian friend by spreading false information through his e mails to various Saikorians thus attempting to tarnish the image of Krushi Home, Association Saikorian and the reputation of the people responsible for its smooth functioning.4. The Executive Committee of Association Saikorian ( Hyderabad Chapter) deliberated the issue during the monthly meeting held on 08 Dec 2018 and it was decided that the committee members should not once again divert their valuable time and energy towards such Saikorians who for reasons best known to them are deliberately trying to spread panic amongst our members regarding the administration at Krushi Home. May God Bless them with Better Sense of Responsibility.5. However, all members of our Association are hereby assured that the Executive Committee members and all the staff at Krushi Home are working in the best possible manner towards the well being of all our Krushi Children with no vested interest in their Efforts. All the Saikorians are hereby invited to visit Krushi whenever convenient to physically see the way our Krushi Home is administered on behalf of our Association.6. Such visits by our Association members will not only clarify about the distorted information being spread by some of our members, but your interaction with Krushi boys will also enable you to share your thoughts with your fellow Saikorian Friends who are not fortunate enough to physically visit the home.7. The Executive Committee of our Hyderabad Chapter once again assures you all about our will to take forward the Good Efforts put in by all our predecessors and request you to ignore all such information which may cause panic and pain to our members.Any member of our Association is most welcome to call up personally and interact with the EC to understand/ clarify any issue related to Krushi Home. With Regards & Best WishesLt Col K S Rao (Retd)General SecretaryAssociation Saikorian Hyderabad ChapterMob - 9618948457
Reproduced below is the 2nd repetitive attempt of negative e mail messages spread by Gp Capt Allam .P who is acting on behalf of his friends for reasons best known to him
Dear friends,A message from our dear Saikorian Gimmy to reflect on our Krushi home.PrabhakarDear Saikorians,Krushi was launched by Association Saikorian in 1994 with the hope that if we can help even one Street child to become a good Citizen, it would be worth the effort. Several Saikorians participated in the good work. We established a home for children where Street children received shelter, emotional support and education. Once the children accepted Krushi as their home, they seized to be Street children, they became students. They were our best ambassadors. The neighbours of Krushi home and several others took part in this effort Other NGO's also joined us in improving the quality of Krushi home. We were also instrumental in improving the quality of government homes under the juvenile justice act,the slum school and the government schools. There was a one to one relationship between the students and the Saikorians and others working with the children. Krushi attracted good volunteer and staff. The problems of the children were promptly attended to Corporeal punishment was unheard of..Quite a few of the children who passed out of Krushi are well settled. Venkat Rao,after completing engineering is now the project in charge of a project in a reputed concern. R Rajesh is an engineer at Hyundai. K Raju is a government teacher. Practically all our children who passed out of Krushi are well thought of by their colleagues and other members of the society.Somehow, things are different now. Beating up children ( a short cut to maintening "discipline") is taken for granted.(fear is not conducive to the growth of the child,it numbs his brain and cripples him emotionally)The children, even chronically sick children, do not bring their problems to the notice of Saikorians. They must report only to the staff members. The childs health is solely at the mercy of the staff member.(This inference is drawn from my interactions with two persons whose credibility I have no reason to suspect. Yet I hope that I am mistaken)The President of Hyderabad Chapter of Association Saikorians informed me that a policy decision was taken that the children at Krushi can be attended o polytechnic level at the most. It is strange that we no longer encourage the child to realise his full potential. In fact Krushi/Association Saikorian will not have to spend any extra funds for better education of the children;there are several people who would gladly sponsor good students. The children look up to us We are their role models. The older Krushi boys(now young men) help other people in need We repose confidence in the children and they responded splendidly.Let us revive the vibrant atmosphere at Krushi. Let there be less red tape. Greater affection, trust, mutual respect, dignity of the child and not fear be the guiding spirit.I do hope that all Saikorians involved with Krushi moderate their tempers and work for a better Krushi. With best wishesGM Babu(Jimmy/Manohar)PS:Since I am one of the few who are not computer savvy, I requested Gp Capt Prabhakar(Retd) to take pains to decipher my rather illegible script and communicate to Saikorians.
