NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Annual general body meeting of Association Saikorian – Visakhapatnam chapter, will be held on Saturday, the 20^th day of July 19 at Naval Coast Battery, Beach Road, Visakhapatnam at 19.00 hrs, to consider the following Agenda :

 

 

1.  To Observe 2 Minute Silence for the departed Saikorians and pay our Respects

2   Secretary's Report for the Year

3 . To consider and adopt the audited accounts of the Association Saikorian – Visakhapatnam           chapter for the year ended, March 2019

4.     To Elect and appoint Members of the Executive committee

5.     To appoint Auditors to hold office till the conclusion of next Annual General Body                     Meeting

6.     To Discuss the Activities at Campus Challenge and the Present Status of Land Transfer/         Registration of Assets of Campus Challenge and the way ahead.

7.     To discuss and appoint a "Fund Raising" Committee for Campus Challenge.

8.     To Discuss the upcoming Central AGM to be hosted by Hyderabad Chapter

9.   Any other point with the permission of the chair.

 

 

All the Saikorians of Visakhapatnam Chapter as also others, are requested to attend the AGM and make it a great Success.
