Happy Monday!! J
Someone said “Even if you win a rat race, you are still a rat” and it’s so true. What is that a single man can do in this world of rat race? Life cannot be like a plastic flower, beautiful to look at but without life and fragrance.
Therefore, what adds life and fragrance to one’s life? At the end of the day or a career, when we look back, what satisfies us is not the title we held but what we have done to others while holding the title. It’s about what seeds we have sown for others, the organisation or society and never about what we have harvested for ourselves.
A quote that touches our conscience and audit what we are doing in life goes like this:
What we do for ourselves dies with us,
what we do for others remains, and is immortal.
This weekstarter depicts a hero who lived this quote. It’s a story of determinations, courage, perseverance and selflessness. With a lavish generosity, the anecdote offers great inspiration about living for a higher purpose despite personal setbacks. It talks about taking up something larger than one’s life while living in the world, and leaving it with a sense of dignity and accomplishment!
It also makes us pause and wonder what’s the return gift we can offer to Creation that gave us this great gift of called a life.
Wishing you to a week of greatness!
Best Wishes,
Siddharth…
