Dear friends and neighbours,
Finding Balance Studio will reopen from September 1st after a long holiday.
We are happy to introduce Restorative Yoga on Sunday mornings commencing on the 11th September. Please note that space is limited for these classes, so prior bookings are essential.
All other classes will continue to run on a drop-in basis with no need to book in advance.
The Mindful Alignment yoga classes with Susie are suitable for anyone beginning and developing their yoga practice. Phuong's Tuesday morning Power yoga offers a more challenging class for those with an established practice.
Please
note the new time we are trialing for Taichi Qigong: 4.00pm - 5.30 pm on Sundays, which will commence on the 18th September.
