AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO SAY THAT WE ARE STARTING THE NEW YEAR WITH SOME NEW CLASSES AND A COUPLE OF CHANGES AND INTRODUCING A NEW TEACHER TO THE STUDIO
We welcome Vu Huynh who joins us on Sunday afternoons with his Ashtanga yoga teaching. His first class will be on the 12th Feb. We look forward to practicing with him. All levels welcome. Have a look at the following links to find more about Vu Huynh

Viet's Sunday Tai Chi Qigong classes will not run through the month of February, but he will continue to teach private classes by appointment.
We are pleased to announce that Diane Alarcon continues to teach at the studio on Saturday mornings, but we have moved the time to 9.30 - 10.45am, allowing a later start. Diane presents a balanced yoga practice for all levels.
On Friday afternoons we are opening a class for Teens only, open for all students and young people aged 13 -19.
The Mindful Alignment yoga classes with Susie are suitable for anyone beginning, developing their yoga practice. Phuong's Tuesday morning Power yoga offers a more challenging class for those with an established practice. Please book in advance for all Restorative Yoga classes.
