We have some changes to the schedule this month.
Sunday morning Restorative yoga has a slightly new time of 9.00am - 10.15am and
Sunday Ashtanga will now begin at 11.30am - 1.00pm.
The weekday morning class will be held on Mondays 8.00 - 9.15am, starting from September 18th. No Thursday morning class this month.
We will run a 5 week class for a Beginners Introduction to Yoga Thursday evenings 6.30- 7.45, beginning Thursday September 14th. Please register your interest for this course. Classes will be held on the 14th, 21st, 28th September, and 5th & 19th October, breaking on the 12th October due to school holidays.
As usual we request that you reserve your place for the restorative class as space is limited.
ABOUT OUR CLASSES
The Restorative class is a wonderful opportunity to develop skills in letting go and to learn conscious relaxation and mindful breathing.
Susie's Mindful Alignment classes are for anyone beginning and developing their yoga practice.
Vu's traditional led Ashtanga class is a powerful practice for students looking for a strong challenge.
