Where to by oscilloscope in Saigon?

Guys, I would like to ask you, is there any place in Saigon, where to buy cheap (new or secondhand) oscilloscopes? I will spent a month in Vietnam and I am looking for something like Rigol DS2072A or other 70+MHz 2GS/s scope to buy and bring with me to my country. My budget is 90 milion dong. Can you give me some links/adresses what to visit?

There's an electronics marketplace extending for several blocks in District 10, in the area of Ly Thuong Kiet and Tan Phuoc streets (just south of Ba Thang Hai). Somewhere in there is also a building of 2-3 floors that has nothing but kiosks full of a wide variety of electronics. 

I wouldn't say they have everything (I never had any luck finding an Arduino board there), but they may be your best bet.

If you learn of a better place, I'd appreciate hearing about it. Thanks.
